2018 Burger Bash Better Than Ever

The Burger Bash, hosted by the Chamber Ambassador Club on Wednesday evening was once again a great event packed with amazing food, music, contests and prizes. Event Chair, Nicole Adamski, from T he Inn & Suites At Franciscan Square and Ambassador President, Chris Orris from Valley Hospice, Inc. joined forces with their fellow ambassadors and many local businesses to put on an outstanding event with proceeds benefiting the Anita Jackson Community Scholarship.

“It was exactly what we hope all of our events can be, ” said Chamber President, Tricia Maple. “It was organized, fun, elegant but not at all stuffy and it brought chamber members, their employees and their families together to enjoy each others’ company. And it benefits a great cause.”

The Burger Bash served as the kick-off to the 2018 Chamber membership drive which runs through August. Many prospective members were in attendance and got to learn first-hand a little about what the chamber is all about. During the month of August, new members may take advantage of special offers and complimentary admission to events. Current members who bring in a new member will be entered into a drawing for $100 cash and the Ambassador Club will be hosting its own membership contest.

For information about joining the chamber, contact Janet McLaughlin at the Chamber offices at 740.282.6226 or via email at janet@jeffersoncountychamber.com. Membership is open to businesses of all sizes, organizations, non-profits, churches, schools and individuals.
