The Jefferson County Chamber’s Business After Hours is a popular event that offers a chance for attendees to network and enjoy food, fun and fellowship while sponsors receive a unique opportunity to showcase their business and introduce goods or services and staff to fellow Chamber members.
The event is casual with no set agenda, and all guests are invited to come and go at their convenience. Midway through the event, the host will have the opportunity to give a 5-10 minute presentation.
In addition to showcasing your business at the event as a sponsor, hosts also benefit through promotional exposure: your event information will be included in the weekly e-newsletter, on the Chamber’s social media pages, on the Chamber website and in an exclusive e-blast invite.
We Offer Two Sponsorship Packages:
Option 1) Sponsorship cost is $300. The host is responsible for organizing food, (hard and soft)
beverages and a door prize. The Chamber is responsible for collecting RSVPs, event checkin/registration, and e-communication to Chamber members and local officials.
Option 2) Sponsorship is $600. The host defers event logistics to the Chamber. The Chamber is
then responsible for organizing food and (hard and soft) beverages. An additional per person cost of
$12-$14 will be added for food or the host can choose to add a cover charge for attendees. The
Chamber is also responsible for collecting RSVPs, event check-in/registration, and e-communication to
Chamber members and local officials.
A la Carte Options (may be applied to either sponsorship package):
- Printed invitation to be mailed to all Chamber members for an additional $500 (coverscost of design, print & postage).

- High top tables with linens $15 per table
