The Jefferson County Safety Council is sponsored by the Chamber and subsidized by the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. Monthly meetings, held at 12 Noon on the third Wednesday of each month, offer presentations on issues of vital importance to the safety of the workers at your business. Membership in the Safety Council also provides cost saving benefits to the member businesses. Qualifying members can realize up to an additional 4% reduction in their annual workers’ compensation insurance premiums. The rebate is paid yearly in a lump sum check. |
