The Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce
and submit via mail to our offices at 630 Market St., Steubenville, OH 43952.
The Chamber will invoice your account for the total fee.
Your payment of can be made via credit card. The Chamber staff will contact you to arrange for payment.
Exhibitor fee includes 1, 6’ table, two chairs and admission for two per space purchased.
Additional employees and guests will be charged $12 per person.
Exhibitors are responsible for table covering/skirting, extension cords and signage.
No signage is to be attached to walls.
Use of loud speakers, televisions, etc that distracts from other exhibits is not permitted.
All exhibits must be confined to exhibit space.
Spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. The Chamber cannot guarantee specific location.
Set up begins at noon on January 30th and exhibits must be removed by 8:30 p.m. unless otherwise approved.
Exhibitors are encouraged to have a door prize drawing at their table. Winners may be drawn and posted prior to end of event but will not be individually announced.
Payment in full is due prior to set up. Cancellations made within 7 days of event will be invoiced total amount.
Deadline to reserve space is Friday, January 20th, 2017.
